Join woodworker and author Tom Trimmins and make a beautiful steam-bent coat hook for your home, as seen in his book ‘Working with Wood’ published by Search Press.
This is woodworking for the sheer joy of it. We will work with beautiful black walnut wood and you'll use some of the fundamental tools of woodworking such as chisels, Japanese saws and marking tools. All materials and tools will be provided. This three-hour workshop is open to anyone 18+. It's suitable for complete beginners, or offers something a little bit different for anyone interested in wood, whatever your level of expertise.
