We extend a warm welcome to anyone wishing to get involved in our many activities. We have an active resident amateur theatre company producing five shows a year, a thriving Youth Theatre, an annual Community Play project – and all sorts of ways you can help support us.

Ryedale Writers
We meet monthly on Mondays at 7.00pm in the Helmsley Arts Centre Studio/Bar. All writers, at all levels of experience, are welcome.

Youth and Community
We regularly programme events for and with young people, and stage a large-scale Community Play every year, funded in 2013 and 2014 by Arts Council England.
Partnerships
We work closely with Helmsley in Business to encourage visitors to Helmsley; we’re part of the Small Venues Network and we’re creatively linked to key arts events in the region.
