Snake Davis with Stu Collingwood

Pianist, composer and vocalist Stu Collingwood will join Snake Davis for this evening of soul pop and jazz. Snake played the sax solos on Lisa Stansfield’s ‘Change’, M-People’s ‘Moving on Up’ and ‘Search for the Hero’, Take That’s ‘Million Love Songs’, and regularly plays huge venues with famous artists. He’s far happier being himself at HAC though. Virtuoso Stu tours with Tony Christie, Joe Longhorn, Alan Barnes and Elaine Delmar as well as having a residency at Charts in Newcastle. He will be bringing his Hammond organ along for the evening and we can expect to hear some classic tunes such as ‘Green Onions’, ‘Whiter Shade of Pale’ and ‘Yeah, Yeah’. The pair have enjoyed a fruitful and creative partnership over the last 10 years fired by a love of melody and groove.
