The forerunner to film, the zoetrope is such a clever trick that with the help of a few simple materials can produce a moving image right in front of your very eyes! We'll make a zoetrope, we'll learn how to draw bats and we'll make them fly!
You will need:
Two pieces of a4 thin black or dark card
A square of thick cardboard at least 20cm wide
Template (to be sent via email)
A piece of a4 white paper
A pencil and rubber
Scissors
A ruler
Paper glue
A fine dark pen
Age: 11+
