Traces is a curated body of work exploring metamorphic and abstracted memories of the seascape through photographic medium. The exhibition explores the transience of human experience and place against the backdrop of an interconnected landscape. Rachel’s work is underpinned by the impact of internal perception, memory, time and nostalgia on our human connection and kinship with the ‘out there’ beyond the confines of the human body.
