1812 Theatre Company: Seminar by Theresa Rebeck

Kate, Martin, Douglas and Izzy, four aspiring New York writers, meet each week in Kate’s Upper West Side apartment for a private writing seminar with Leonard, an imposing literary figure with a cloudy past.  As creative and romantic tension bubbles, the writers clash over their values, relationships and ambitions. This exhilarating comedy was a Broadway hit in 2012 with Alan Rickman as Leonard in his last major theatrical role.
